What does the town fund do in accf? ›

The town fund is a feature in Animal Crossing: City Folk that the player can donate Bells to to have structures built in town. It can be donated to at the civic center at town hall.

To get a perfect town, the town must have a specific amount of trees, flowers, and public work projects, in addition to minimizing trash and weeds in the town. In games before New Leaf the condition is based on an acre system that divides the town into acres (16x16 squares).

It's a good idea to donate the first specimen you encounter - be a fish, sea creature, bug or fossils - because it might take out a while to find another one. This way you won't miss an important addition to the Museum and possibly have to wait a couple of months to add it in.

Donations are money the player can give to the Town Hall to support their cause. In Wild World, donations are given to the poor town of Boondox. In City Folk, the donations will go toward the town fund, raising money for improvements to the town, as Boondox is not mentioned in City Folk.

Animal Crossing: City Folk tips. Enter your game and check your bank account, then SAVE. After that go to the Wii menu and select settings. Change the month and year forward for unlimited money.

You'll want too mainly sell shells, fish, insects and fruit, not materials (wood, sticks esc.) Also you'll want too keep one of each of the insects and fish. Remember that you get more for selling your islands fruit at somebody else's island, if their Island doesn't have the same starting fruit that is.

This item can be interacted with to deposit or withdraw 1,000 Bells at a time. When sold at Nook's Cranny, the player earns back the amount of Bells currently donated in the donation box in addition to the item's normal sell price. If the donation box is a Hot Item, the donation amount is also doubled.

Main gameplay

In City Folk, the player lives in a town consisting of 6-10 animal villagers. They can take the bus to travel between the town and city, exploring various locations and meet more characters.

Once the player donates everything for one section, Blathers will congratulate the player for completing it. On the other hand, if everything from every exhibit is donated, than the player will receive a Museum Model to congratulate their hard work. The bug exhibit is one room.

Greed Donation Machine, the number of coins donated will persist between runs. Donating money will upgrade the Shop, the Library, and unlock new items.

When you donate certain items to the shrine, you have a chance to summon Field Winds. The winds are random and not guaranteed. The more of the item you donate and the higher your favor, the better chance you have at getting a high stack of winds.
