There's no marketing around it, because they know they can't compete with price, and they don't want to lose money.So, why is Disney in this space? Makes no sense to me.

@Xfinity when are you going to restore service? The “brief interruptions” have been a constant outage for 11+ hours now!!! I missed a day’s work because of this.

I went to the Professional Woman's Conference in Boston at the BCC when Tim Gunn was there but like v: it was bad and I left early and only went because State Street and UST-Global made us. There was a Comcast booth and one of the panels encouraged "vision boards" @POTUS @BBCNews

@Xfinity 3/3The 1st rep said someone would be there the day we called (At 10am mind you) and the 2nd said someone would be there by 6pm. 3rd said they aren't allowed to promise timeframes. Also he's the one who hung up on us. Had y'all for years. Poor service and disrespect shouldnt occur

@Xfinity 1/2 Biggest issue that was pissing us off was 1. Service rep wouldn't answer ANY questions and told us upgrading our hardware(that we were already paying for) would cost us 70. 2nd Rep said no charge and just kept giving cryptic answers/replies. 3rd(a manager) hung up on us.
