Good morningI am a dasherfor Doordashand have been trying to get help from the company for over a month regarding being double charged, and at least the tenth time that I have called in regarding being double charged by dasher not the merchant. I called back on December 22, 2022 after I was double charged on the 21st then the 22nd from Seena wine, I was also charged on January 11th and January 12th from same liquor store. I called into dasher again and they told me to go to the merchant which I did. I stayed almost two hours explaining to dasher with the help of the merchant that it was not on the merchant and I got hung up on by a few dasher agents multiple times. This again happened today. I got charged $34.85 yesterday at Edgewood discount and again this morning which the store is not even open to charge the money. This is a dasher issue and I have been robbed of over $100 and when I try to get it back I get hung up on and treated horribly by a representatives. I need help and a refund of my money. I could not even go to work this morning because I did not have enough money to get gas. I am due $34.85, $33.50 and $27.20 that I know of for sure, and plenty more that I cannot pinpoint. Please I am just asking for the amounts I just listed be reimbursed to me because it is rightfully my earnings. Please help!!!!

Keeping my funds from me because you can’t keep your sh*tty app running properly and lying about when it’s going to be down for Maintainence (which it is at random at least once a day). I hope whoever runs this company falls off a bridge.

Ugh! Doordash is the most awful thing ever. Ive dealt with it for over 3 years and it has been nothing but stress. The Dasher and dasherdirect are the most buggy, glitchy, most frusterating apps i have ever used in my entire life. Nonstop error messages, endless loading, freezing, I cant even log into dasherdirect half the time it forces me to put some stupid code sent to my phone, and then it doesnt work, and then locks me out. Now im completely locked out, unable to see funds and cant contact support either. I dont get how doordash is popular at all, it is nothing but issues

Good evening, my name is Randy Rampersaud and I’m a Doordash driver from Queens New York. On Fathers Day June 19th 2022, while I was asleep I received a text message at 7:07 pm that stated that my email address was updated on the Dasher Direct app. When I woke up i tried to log into my dasher direct account and i could not. I click on password reset and no code was sent to my email account. I contacted Doordash support at 9:23 pmand was on the phone for 18 minutes addressing the issue. They could not get a hold of anyone from the Dasher support technical services and they told me that someone would reach to me within the next 24 hours, which did not happen. On monday June 20th, 2022,I call at 1101 amand was finally able to get a hold of Someone from the Dasher Direct technical support. They told me that my account was hacked and that some weird email address was used on my account as well as a different phone number. They told me also since the transaction was already completed, there is nothing they can do. I’ve had my 4 months savings in the Dasher Direct app and it was all wipe out. This is very upsetting because Doordash allowed the scammer to gain access to a virtual replacement card which the thieve might have used to take all my money out of my account. A total of $1,437.55 was in my account. Had Doordash answer my phone and got a hold of their technical support team, this could have been prevented. I’m so stressed out and don’t know what to do. I was praying and hoping you guys can help me get my refund back because my wife is expecting soon and I need the money. How can someone hack my account and take all my money out. This is unbelievable and the sad part is Doordash don’t want to help.

Why am I not able to get a verification code sent to my phone number OR my email? On January 4th I made an online order purchase at walmart.com two of them for curbside pickup and paid with my dash interact card Walmart does a pre-authorization hold until the item is picked up and then the buns are released to pay for it Walmart canceled the orders due to items I ordered not being in stock and they never charged my card however dashing direct has a pending hold on the tooth pending charges from Walmart and they will not release them they keep telling me it's Walmart's job how is it Walmart's job when they never charged me it's dash or direct and when I call to find somebody that works at the actual bank that taxes direct is from all you get is doordash support and they say there's nothing they can do they say I have to wait for the pending hold to fall off it has been now over 10 days it is January 11th I ordered this stuff January 4th I need my money it's my money I worked for doordashing and I ordered stuff from Walmart that they didn't have and they canceled the order why are you still holding my money why can't I get any help and this is a bunch of crap that they keep pawning everybody off onto the bank or other situations or the merchant the bank is stride bank I tried calling stride bank and the lady told me that they don't deal with it that I have to call doordash how are you not going to deal with your own banking when doordash direct is through stride bank and I'm being told that they have nothing to do with it somebody needs to take responsibility somebody needs to look out for us as dashers somebody needs to release my money before I start a lawsuit because this is crap I've read all these other complaints that people have we all need to get together and make another lawsuit against doordash there's already several going on someone get on board with me please

I have several complaints about this fake ass bogus sh*t company. They have open multiple accounts in my name with Dasher direct and with doordash. Then they get closed and these idiots can't fix it and keep them money you worked for and then can you from the platform. Can't talk to them because they are open a few hours a day, have a false number, an app that is unusable and if you can take being in hold for 1-3 hours they just hang up. If you're having problems with DasherDirect take them to small claims court it's easy and you can get paid. Dasher Direct is part of doordash Inc which has registered agents in every state. Find the doordash register agent in your state and take them to small claims court. In some states you can get as much as $8,000. Sue them for the maximum in your state that's the only way you going to get their attention.

I put the wrong account number in my directdasher account for money to be sent to. I sent money twice before realizing the account number was wrong then I changed the account number to the correct one.I received a refund for the first amount that was sent but I didn't receive the refund for the second amount. Dasher direct has not been helpful with this situation, I've called my bank and they told me they issued the funds to be sent back but dasher direct says they sent it and THAT'S THAT. I keep trying to call to start a claim or dispute it but dasher direct says they cannot do that and just hangs up on me. I don't understand why they can't dispute it if I didn't receive the money. Even IF i did, I would have to pay it back anyway. Dasher direct sucks with customer service and I can never seem to get a supervisor on the phone. I hope noone else goes through this. You'd be better off using cashapp.

I just read a lot of these comments and I may have some advice that could help a lot of you! Unfortunately, it’s not what you’re going to want to hear though…. First, I somehow found the number to call the actual Doordash direct phone number, NOT the “contact help” number on the app where you have to “press 2” then wait for a callback. I can’t remember the number I called as it was a few weeks ago but I think I googled “stride bank customer service” maybe? As that is the bank that the DasherDirect card is through. Now the even worse part, the wait time was unbelievable when I first called and I ended up hanging up after about an hour on hold. After I had cooled down and had a little more patience, I called back again prepared to wait. And I did. After a lengthy amount of time, I finally was able to get a live person on the phone. At that point, they fixed my account and unlocked my card pretty quickly. It was just getting to that point that was a pain. I hope this helps a lot of you! Just remember, Be PATIENT and read a book or go for a walk or whatever else you may enjoy doing with your phone on speaker to pass the time. Good luck!!!

Please everyone STAY AWAY from Dasher Direct. I made a transfer in the amount of $68.05 and its never made it to my other account and they REFUSE to do anything about it, not only that, but they hang up on me and state that's its no longer their problem and that its the banks problem, even though its never made it to the bank.😡😡 Also, I was missing a payment in the amount of $450.20 from Door Dash. They stated that Door Dash never deposited the funds even though DD provided ne with a trace number. Finally, I uploaded my information from my T-Mobile account and was paid instantly!! Again, its been over TWO MONTHS and they still have yet to resolve my issue with my $68.05, and show zero interest in doing so, I advise everyone to stay a far as way from Dasher Direct as possible!! You've been warned!!! There are hundreds of complaints on Google. Btw, I signed up for Dasher Direct in June and still never received a card!!😡😡

Today I’m trying to reach dasher direct as I purchased $30 of gas to work today and did it at register so no extra Kind of hold could be placed and it put multiple $30 charges on my account like almost $100, $90 exactly but was 3x $30 charges and now I have no money on card great guess I’m broke on Saturday night lol. And as I sit on hold no one answers . This is supposed to be a bank for us yeah? Wow anyone else going thru this? I am locked out of my account I have not changed any of my information and entered it all correctly it gave me two tries to enter my password then locked me out and told me to reset my password after asking me security questions I answered correctly it locked me out completely and told me to call customer service which I tried and was told in the middle of the day On a Wednesday to call back during business hours. What the hell. I really do not get it but as soon as this is resolved I will NEVER use this card again. And I'm questioning whether or not I want to continue door dashing or even ordering doordash myself. These comments are insane. I've never seen such a cluster.

After 2 long days of dashing the app crashed and now says I'm locked out due to not being able to verify identity but I never logged in in correctly. I've called multiple times. Was on hold once for 1 hrs n 5 min only for a recording to say high call volume and hang up on me. I'm not happy at all and want this resolved asap or there will be no more dashing for me or anyone I know as I will blast this everywhere. This is very un professional. Only reason I even signed up was to supplement some of our lost income due to this past year if hell. Point is I did this cause I need to make extra money for my family. Dasher Direct/PayfareIf you do not read any other comments I hope for your sake you read this one;I have been locked out of my account since Friday July 15, 2021 and today is Monday July 18, 2021. I have called numerous times through your app by the red touchscreen that reads “contact support” and get your automated message on hold and used option “2” for a call back and no one has called me back. I have found a different number to call and I am going to call it first thing in the morning and if I don’t get a live person on the phone, I will be nice and give you “24 hours “ and if I have not received a call or some form of contact from a representative from your office, The next num I call will have a “202” area code. If you don’t know that area code ask someone in upper management. If that is beyond your capability or you feel it is irrelevant, let me enlighten you, it is to Washington DC and I will provide them with screenshots of this comment and the others on this post.

I had an old account with an expired debit card linked to my door dash account, so I decided to get the direct dasher card to get paid faster when I started back dashing. When it came time to cash out I was mysteriously just locked out of my account, money on the card just stuck there, I am hot, I called the Administrative office, door dash, direct dasher, all with no results but my money still stuck on this stupid card and nobody ever answering the direct dasher customer service number, I called for days, no card ever sent in the mail! They REFUSE to call back. Ive tried multiple times with both the call back option and waitimg on the line for long periods of time, and then it just disconnects. I have money due to me from a refund, received a notification, and then everything disappeared. Its on their end. They received it, but they never released it. Over it. They have zero rights to keep and or prevent people from their monies.

I have been trying for months to reach customer support regarding funds on my account, but I am disconnected repeatedly. I have spent more than hours on hold. I have taken screen shots of my waits and disconnects by DasherDirect.I am seeking resolution after being locked out of the application. I have followed prompts to reset password, but I never receive the code. It is NOT my cell phone service blocking toll free text messaging, for I have already confirmed those settings have never been applied to my cell phone service.A phone number I may be contacted at is (520) 535-6746. There are federal laws in place that protect consumers from financial intuitions not providing an adequate customer service contact; as well as, inadequate means to reset passwords, especially when you fail to provide adequate customer service contact to meet the high demands you obviously experience! Two months I have been calling and hung up on every time. I have also NEVER received a call back after opting in by dialing "2" for a call back.You are a third party, offering banking solutions to Door Dash independent contractors, therefore, you are exempt from small claims court. I entered my password wrong one time and was locked out of my account. It wants me to reset my password, but the phone number it wants to to use I no longer have access to anymore. I called the number listed for door dash direct and it's Uber Canada. The number they give me to call is door dash support. I can't reach anyone to help me resolve this issue. Sure seems like we're all in the same boat I cannot access my account because my phone number has changed on locked out due to too many password attempts doordash support cannot help me and there is no way to contact anyone for this doordash direct app apparently. I'm going to say what everybody else has said I need somebody to call me because I cannot get a balance or withdrawal at any local ATM they say card not supported this is been going on for me for over a week that's why I'm willing to leave my phone number on an open public forum because I'm hoping somebody reads it and calls us back 442-354-3468

I got my card and everything was going great and then my card was locked and I've been trying to get a hold of Dasher Direct for a couple days and their call back option is a joke. All I want is for my card to be unlocked.

I decided to get DasherDirect in January and I am really regretting it. I have had my deposits come as late as 9am (when one of their "selling points" is that it cashes out every night at midnight without a fee and will be in your account 2-3 hours later). They should still have an option to pay and cash out right when you need the money because it was already an option in the first place.Also, I once sent a suggestion to please have a running talley of the balance alongside each transaction because it's almost impossible (and a huge waste of time and energy) to go back, figure all of the deposits and compare them between apps. Today I woke up to $10. in my account when I had $35. supposedly deposited overnight (my ac is being worked on and it's too hot to Dash much in Texas without an ac).I just now called DoorDash Support, was given two different phone numbers AND BOTH NUMBERS ARE BAD, DISCONNECTED... ALONG WITH THE CONTACT SUPPORT LINK OF THE WEBPAGE (payfare.com/contact = 404 NOT FOUND)!!!If I was able to save enough money to be good for a couple of days, I would have already had my pay switched back to be directly deposited into my bank, like it was originally, a very long time ago. THIS IS THE WORST CARD I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Card was stated to arrive in 3-5 days. its been 2 weeks. I have sent numerous emails and made several calls - all keep getting pushed to this Number - 833-711-1266.Waited on hold for 30 minutes and then finally was given the option to get a call back instead of waiting.I chose that option and am still waiting - its been over 2 hours!--While on hold, the automated line is saying that due to the pandemic cards are now taking 3-4 weeks to arrive in mail.It would be wonderful if I had an email confirmation from Dasher Direct, and a follow up updated email when the Card ships with Tracking information!I do not understand why Door Dash would choose a company that has ZERO customer service skills.

I recently spoke with Dasher Direct about not being able to use my Dasher Direct card for online purchases. I have always been able to use my Dasher Direct card for online purchases, I was told that there is transactions of $94.50 an I'm not to sure what transactions were made in the total of $94.50

This card is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I try to use it, it says insufficient funds! So far, I have only been able to successfully use it at an atm and it charged me $2.50 for that!!!

Has anyone had luck reaching out to doordash direct pay fare? I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for two days I left a call back number and when I would stay on the phone for hours to get ahold of them they would hang up on me. I literally got money in my account they won’t let me move or cash out from an atm or anything. Doordash support can’t help because apparently it’s a different company that deals with the card ( worst company ever btw) anyways if anyone has got ahold of them can someone email me please and go over how you finally got ahold of them. I’d like to start off on a positive note ! I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to supplement my income by being a dasher ! I am a single mom with no help and living paycheck to paycheck so some nights I literally dash to be able to buy groceries.…….With that being said , I find it truly unfair of DoorDash to penalize us when we decline an offer due to it not being worth the $ . I’m sorry but $3.50 to drive for 30/45 minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention the cost of gas and mileage on our personal vehicles . I am here to make money not loose it . You can’t earn “top” dasher with an acceptance rate below 95% or something like that and without that too dasher label you are not able to dash whenever you want to , you also get thrown a crappy amount of orders because they go to the top dashers first ! My customers leave me great reviews , I am at a 4.89 ! There is no reason to treat us this way . We are here out of our own free will trying to make some cash .DoorDash ** please take note ! Please revise your rules . There are great dashers out here that need to be appreciated and not bullied into making penny’s so that more money goes into your pockets .

Two incidents occurred while working for Door Dash the first thing was I was promised $150 for loyalty program which I never got and then when I called to confirm it no one knew what I was talking about the second thing that happened was my account was hacked and $188 come up missing off my direct deposit and I reported itDoor Dash investigate it and told me at first they retrieve the money back and they will be put back on my card in after two weeks I have not received my money they told me they couldn’t get the money back and it was nothing that they could do just left a very bad taste in my mouth but it is what it is we all need work we all need money to pay our bills sometimes we have to let some things go for the greater good Also I’m wishing that when I login to the account I can get more than an hour at a time because my pay averages out to maybe eight dollars an hour because a lot of the rooms they get are between three and 56 dollar payout and lucky if I get tips from most of the customers which I’m grateful that I do on that note I’m blessed to be employed with you I look forward to a better future and a prosperous year

It's a good card and everything and it's very convenient that you get the virtual card and have access to use your funds while waiting for the physical card but it is a lack of information to your customers about the Google pay and Apple Pay compatibility because I've been looking everywhere online to see if I can get an answer if the card would work with Apple Pay or Google pay and I cannot find the answer to nowhere on the Internet so the only way to get your answer is to self try it and see if it works and while I was signing up for the card I was not informed that it is Apple Pay and Google pay compatible and I think as a company you guys should let your customers know all the advantages they have available to them instead of having them go and sign up for some thing without knowing all the pros and cons and they have to figure out their selves later on down the line and then they may not be so much happy customers because I know me personally I was concerned for 2 to 3 days about how I would use the card in store not knowing that it had the Apple Pay compatibility and if I had known sooner than later that I could add it to my wallet I would've been using it more excessively instead of the lack of knowledge and stressing myself trying to figure out how am I going to get the funds to use in store
