I needed a last minute sports physical for my daughter. I checked in 15 minutes early as requested. We were not called back until 45 minutes after our appointment time, however, despite being at capacity, having an ambulance called, and an angry man that didn’t want to wear a mask, the staff were professional , accommodating, and able to keep things moving. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the PA we saw. She took her time and made us feel safe and secure and like it was worth the wait. Everyone who was working this shift deserves recognition. Thank you for your help.
