You have to book an appointment online to have a section with them. You also have to book ahead because most times closer dates are filled up.

Completely unprofessional, rude, too expensive, and my braids look horrible. I tipped my braider bc she was the only kind person in there. However, they should let auntie rest. I will never use them again.Braids

They actually got started on my dreads in a timely fashion, I walk in and whomever was available got started on me shortly after… Now, I have a lot of hair going down my back, so I actually felt sorry for whomever was going to untangle my new growth, because I knew it was gonna take a while, since it’s been months since I’ve had it re-twisted.. However, I don’t know her name, but she did a great job, as I am still genuinely pleased to see my scalp again with my three-strand twists… No pictures, you’re just gonna have to take my word for it.. Nonetheless, thank you, ma’am, whomever you are! ✌️

I absolutely love my hair! The stylists were very nice and greeted me well. I was asked to come in at an earlier time than my set appt which was fine and my hair was done in under 6 hours! They are super fast braiders and their work is remarkable! Will absolutely come again! Thanks!Braids,Hairstyling

They do decent work it’s OK but I won’t be returning because one of the girls was making fun of my hair and she comb my natural hair with a small toothed comb and was making jokes and the other girl was like they don’t know what you are saying so I won’t be returning because of that reason that’s why they get two stars Very unprofessional

It’s a no for me on professional. I called to get 2 cornrow braids. They told me to come in at 1. I got there at 1. Everyone just stared at me & someone finally addressed me & said they were booked, that they were doing their appointments. I advised that they told me to come at 1. These hairbraiders in Tuscaloosa are a different breed than the Atl ones…..whew!

Critical:Professionalism,PunctualityI booked ahead of time and on the website it said it’s going to take three hours. I was good with that. I get there on time and I’m still waiting!! My three hours turnt to ten whole hours!! My whole body hurt not to mention I already paid on the website!! I really liked my hair, but my braids are too tight and my whole body hurts!!! It was too much for me. I can’t say go or don’t go. All I can say is Go at your own risk and I won’t be back!!I booked ahead of time and on the website it said it’s going to take three hours. Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueI hope they get better, but don’t pay before you go. I know some customers can be picky and I am not one but I asked for one thing was told that they had someone who could do it and get to the shop to be told I’m getting something different. Couldnt get the deposit back so no choice but to go with the flow. Not a place I would recommend to anyone who wants even a decent hairstyle. Good luck.Service:HairstylingI hope they get better, but don’t pay before you go. Sankay was unprofessional. I had an appointment at12pm with her. I Didn’t get in the chair until after 3 she started an then she left me in the chair with braiding jell in my hair for hours. If it wasnt for miss Musu I would have left who finished my hair after finishing her client. In all I was in there 10 hours for box braids.

Critical:QualityI have always gone to Sankay to get my hair braided for the last 8 years my last experience was horrible because as soon as i left the shop i had faux locs falling out. I went back for a week straight because they kept coming out. Eventually they had an attitude but i paid 250 for my hair. I decided to try them again today they did my hair and i paid 250 again and when i got home I realized my hair was uneven. I went back and they going to tell me that when i pull it up my back will be shorter than my front. And wanted-to cut it to make it even. But i paid for the little short length I have. I am done supporting this business and woman’s pride is her hair. And i gave them 250 to mess my hair up. I am going to get a lawyer because they have to stop. I can’t be the only one.Services:Hair extensions,HairstylingI have always gone to Sankay to get my hair braided for the last 8 years my last experience was horrible because as soon as i left the shop i had faux locs falling out.
