I SHOP AT HOME DEPOT ABOUT 4 TIMES PER MONTH AND I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME LIKE HUNDREDS OF OTHER SENIOS BUT IT SEEMS AS THOUGH WE ARE NOT APPRECIATED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN EMAILING WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS ABOUT US SENIOR GETTING SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT WE HAVE PAID OUR DUES OVER THE YEARS SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT AND SEEM AS THOUGH WE DONT MATTER PLEASE RESPOND I KNOW MR BLANK IS VERY VERY BUSY BUILDING THAT STADIUM WITH THE MONIES WE SPENT BUT TAKE THE TIME OUT TO LET US KNOW WHY WE DONT GET THE DISCOUNT LIKE A LOT OF OTHER BUSINESSES

Worst Home Depot Experience

I've been to many Home Depot stores and have always received excellent customer service This location was the complete opposite of the service I typically associate with Home Depot. Besides the greeter, I felt ignored the entire time I was in the store. The associates didn't acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. Most went out of their way to avoid eye contact. I spent a total of 20 minutes of my visit trying to find assistance. Numerous products needed to be restocked. The pipe cutter was out of order. The employees were not familiar with the inventory or the services provided in the store. Overall, the store was under staffed for a busy Saturday.

The store is in a good location. Employees make a concerted effort to address the needs and concerns of customers based on my personal experience. Taking the time to walk me to the area and finding a specialist in that department made my shopping experience worthwhile.

Only one person working in the paint department

I wanted to run in the store and grab a gallon of paint and go home to start my project and there was only one person working in the paint department so it took a lot longer than expected!

The employees are ALWAYS friendly which makes the customers friendly. The woman who is usually by the entrance greeting people is one of the most cheerful people around and whenever I go there and she's working i have a smile on my face for my entire shopping experience. I've gotten help multiple times there...can't say enough positive things about this store!

I purchased two toilets from this store and there was a mix-up regarding delivery. The store management, the salesperson, and the Customer Service desk were outstanding in resolving the problem.

Great store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help us find all the things we needed for our lawn makeover.

Very knowledgeable staff

Zachary "Uncle Ray" from what every one calls him was very helpful. He was able to answer every question we asked in great detail. Moreover, my wife and in went in about 30 min before closing and he did not complain at all. Matter of fact, he made the trip enjoyable. It is because of him, that we will continue to patron this particular home depot.
