Place a flour tortilla on a flat surface and spread the avocado sauce across the bottom third, leaving a 1-inch border.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Poblano peppers seeds and ribs removed
- 2 Bell peppers red and orange, seeds removed, sliced
- ½ Red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Burrito seasoning
- 6 Flour tortillas
- ¾ cup Avocado Sauce
- 2 cups Cilantro Lime Rice
- 2 cups Chipotle black beans
- Red salsa to serve, optional
